WHO IS JULIA?

Real Estate Investor, Developer, Wealth Coach and Interior Designer, Julia Choseed is the founder of Brickhouse Builders, a construction company that initially focused on redeveloping Philadelphia’s Strawberry Mansion neighborhood. In 2016, Julia purchased her first investment property with just $11 in her bank account, and quit her job the same day. Since then, she has developed over 10 million in real estate and has raised over $500,000 in private money. In just 5 years, Julia strategically built out a real estate portfolio that provides the 3 pillars of freedom she initially sought after: financial freedom, time freedom, & location freedom. Now she spends her timing doing what she truly loves: traveling, playing in her workshop & helping others attain financial freedom.
